Remote Support The most economical solution that I provide is Virtual Remote Support. If you can get to the Internet you can connect me to your computer with just a couple of mouse clicks. Once connected I will see what you see and I can help answer any questions that you have on using certain programs or troubleshoot as if I were sitting in your home. This solution is a better value because there is not a one hour minimum charge and I can bill in 15 minute increments. Also there are no travel time charges.
